SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT: € 8.00 per day;

BED & BREAKFAST: € 15.00 deducted from the list price.

ROOM SERVICE: breakfast in room available at € 10.00 per person.

CHILDREN'S DISCOUNT IN 3RD AND 4TH BED:

-  2–6 years: 30% discount;
-  6–12 years: 20% discount

CHILDREN STAYING WITH PARENTS: children under 2 pay € 12 per day for a crib, plus meals to be paid on site.

DOUBLE ROOM FOR SINGLE USE: 50% supplement per day on list price.

GARAGE: covered garage at € 3.00 per day.

MEALS NOT CONSUMED: no refund unless cancelled:
-  by 9:30 a.m. for lunch
-  by 3:00 p.m. for dinner

PACKED LUNCH: available on request, € 12.00 per person.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: rooms available from 3:00 p.m.

Please inform Reception if arriving after 6:00 p.m.

Early arrivals: contact Reception — we will try to have the room ready.

Please inform Reception in case of late arrival.

CHECK-OUT: rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.

LATE CHECK-OUT: on request, € 30.00 per room, includes access to “Panorama” Wellness Area (dinner excluded).

EARLY DEPARTURE: full charge will apply for unused nights in case of early departure or late arrival.

INTERNET: free Internet Point available in the Hall.

PETS: small pets allowed. € 15 one-time cleaning fee per stay.

Hotel Canada is not liable for damage caused by pets – owners are responsible.

No pets allowed in the restaurant, Wellness Area or Fit Paradise.

Booking is confirmed after a deposit of € 250.00 per room, payable by cheque, postal order, credit card (charged directly), or bank transfer.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION: cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: deposit turned into a voucher valid for 1 year. After that, deposit will be withheld.

BEAUTY CENTER BOOKINGS: book early. Late arrivals will shorten treatment time.

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before. After that, 50% will be charged.

OFFERS & DISCOUNTS: not cumulative.

Transfer deals available to/from airports of Milan, Bergamo, and Verona.

TOURIST TAX: € 2.00 per day, payable at check-in, free for children under 14.
